Defeat Manifests Great Character

Defeat becomes failure only when it is learned as inability to win and as a testimony to lacking the guts to win.

Go the Waliyas, pick the next game with your heads upright and don’t worry to face us back home, we will receive you with smiles. Walk tall guys, walk tall. We are very much proud about you. We are here to applaud you in your defeats.

Overcoming defeat is part of becoming victories and great. We have got opportunity to learn this in such a bitter defeat. No failure at all.

The football last night was an opportunity for us to celebrate defeat as we celebrate victory. Supporting any one, including a football team is easy when things are going well. The Great in any field are great because they know how to smilingly take defeat and turn it into enduring lesson and sustainable gain.

When I met many of my friends in the morning after our football team lost to Burkina Faso last night, they were trying to find blame goat to the defeat. The major culprit for the defeat, they said, was Sewinet, the Coach. Last time we appreciated him for the kind of team he built; just in defeat we try and blame him for what went wrong.   

In deed to be defeated by ten men Burkina Faso 4 to null was bitter. Yet it is the maturity to wisely take such defeats and make them lessons that matter.

Take any club like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United, Juventus, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Bayer Munich or any great club in Europe, they are not great for they are not defeated.

 They went through bitter defeats and they are not immune to bitter defeats even now; but they know how to go through it without further bruise and very much know how to inspire their players even from the bitter defeats they experience in the games.

Our football team is not immune to so called humiliating defeat. Like it happened yesterday we can be beaten by our opponents. But then, we the people, the ones who support this national team, should know how to respond to such defeats.

We should accommodate defeat to fuel it for further victory. If defeat perceived as inability, it is disastrous; when defeat is taken as a spring board to fill in the gaps, it is a resource.

ሽንፈቱን ጸጋ ማድረግ የኛ ፈንታ ነው

በ 11 ተጫዋች ያጠቃነው ቡድን በ 10 ተጫዋች ረመረመን። አራት ጎል ሲገባ መመልከት ያስቆጫል። አሁን አስር ሆነዋል እናሸንፋለን ብለን ስንጠብቅ መሸነፋችን ደግሞ ሌላው የሚያስቆጭ ነገረ ነው።

ያም ሆኖ ግን መቼም የምንመኘው የማይሸነፍ ቡድን ከነበረ ችግሩ ወዲህ ነው። ልጆቻችንም ይሁኑ አሰልጣኙ በማሸነፍ የሚገኘውን ክብርና ብሄራዊ ስሜት አያጡትም። አንዳንዴ  ግን የቀን ጎደሎ ሲያጋጥም የሚሞላበትን መላ መሻት ነው መፍትሄው።

የቀን ጎደሎውን መርገም የሚያመጣው ጭቅጭቅ ካልሆነ በቀር የሚፈይደው አንዳች ፋይዳ ያለ አይመስለኝም።

እገሌ ገብቶ ቢሆን ኖሮ እገሌ ተቀይሮ ቢሆን ኖሮ አስራት ግትር ባይሆን ኖሮ የሚለው የአሁን ላይ ትርክት ብዙም ፋይዳ ይኖረው አይመስለኝም።

የባይሆን ኖሮ መለኝነት ምንም አስገኝቶ አያውቅም። ቁም ነገሩ ከዚያው ሽንፈት የሚወሰደውን ትምህርት ወስዶ ለቀጣይ ጨዋታ መዘጋጀት ነው።

የምር በምናደንቀውና በምንወደው ቡድናችን ላይ ያሉበትን እጥረቶች መለየት ሲቀጥል ለተለዩት እጥረቶች የሚመጥን የረጅምም የአጭርም ግዜ እቅድ ይዞ መስራት ነው።

ያሸነፉ ለት ሆ የተሸነፉ ለት አይናችሁን ለአፈር የሚባል ፍልስፍና የወደቀ ፍልስፍና ነው። አሸናፊዎች የማይሸነፉ ሳይሆኑ ሽንፈት የአሸናፊነት ወኔያቸውን የማይሰልባቸው ናቸው። ሽንፈትን እዚያው ሜዳው ላይ አራግፈው ቀጣዩን ጉዞ እንዳዲሰነቱ የሚቀበሉ ጎበዞች። ዛሬ ና ነገን በትላንት አይመትሩም ትላንትናዎቻቸው ዛሬዎቻቸውን አይወስኑም ነገዎቻቸውንም አይተልሙም።

ቀኖቹን ለየራሳቸው መኖሩ ነው ጥበቡ። ቡድናችን ተሸንፉዋል ሰነፍ እማይረባ ቡድን ግን አደለም። ቡድናችን ተረቱዋል መረታት ግን ገጠመኙ እንጂ የማንነቱ ልኬት አደለም። ገጠመኝን ደግሞ በደምና በስጋ አይዙቱም በተከሰተበት ይተውታል እንጂ።

አዬ ባይሸነፉ ኖሮ አደለም የዛሬው አጀንዳ የዛሬው አጀንዳ  ይልቁንም ሽንፈትንም ከነክብሩ አንገቱን ቀና አድርጎ የሚቀበል ቡድን የመመስረትን አስፈላጊነት የምናወሳበት ነው። ድልንማ ማንም ያጣጥማል ቁምነገሩ ሽንፈትን በጸጋ መቀበል ከሽንፈት ባሻገር ያሉ ነገዎችን በትላንቱ ሽንፈት አስተማሪነት ለማስዋብ መሞከር ነው።

እንዳይሸነፍ የተገነባ ሳይሆን ሽንፈትን እንዲቋቋም የተሰራ ቡድን እንዳለን መታወስ ይኖርበታል። አሰልጣኝ ሰውነትም ይሁን ተጫዋቾቻችን ሲረቱም ይሁን ሲሸነፉ ከጎናቸው መሆናችንን ማወቅ አለባቸው።

አይናቸውን ለክብር እንጂ አይናቸውን ለአፈር  አንልም። ያልንም ካለን መማር ይኖርብናል። ሲያሸንፉም ሲሸነፉም የኛ ናቸው። ሁሌም ድጋፋችን እንደማይለያቸው ማረጋገጥ የኛ የደጋፊዎች ፈንታ ነው።

ቀና ልጆቻችን ቀና በሉ። ዛሬም ጀግናዎቻችን ናችሁ። የይቻላል ማሳያዎች። አንገታችሁን አቅንታችሁ ከነሙሉ ክብርና ወኔያችሁ ቀጣዩን ጨዋታ የሚቻላችሁን ሁሉ አድርጉበት።

ካሸነፋችሁም ደግ ብትሸነፉም ደግ ነው። ጀግና ጀግንነቱ የሚጎላው ሽንፈትን ሲቋቋም ነው። ነገ ሌላ ቀን ነው………

Ethiopian Football Team- "YES WE CAN"

The football team have effectively instilled the "Yes We can" mentality in the much anticipated game, at best by Ethiopians, by overcoming the defending champion even after missing a penalty, going one-man-down and conceding a goal before half time. 

For a team that nearly played for an hour with ten men, scoring such a clinical goal and drawing a point is simply amazing. Even after a long 31 years absence in the African tournament, showing such a resolve and composure is astounding.

What I see in them was the things that we label as impossible and difficult to overcome for we are poor and not that present in the global arena for so long. They showed us what matters is to do the best and make the most of we can when opportunities pop up.

Ethiopia has a lot to show to the world including the touch football they show in the African tournament. I believe they already shattered the wall that symbolized it is difficult for us just for we are poor and was one.

I don't care if they progress or not, as they already practically illustrated us what we can do. Time to do the same in every sector we are engaged in.

Let's work to be the best in the world. That is the lesson they left behind in the yester game they played with such exiting stamina.

Yet I believe this team has a long way to go in the competition given their game we enjoyed yesterday. Nigerian Coach Keshi made a good point when he said you just can't write Ethiopia off; I think they are a force to be reckoned with.

አሸርሟጩ ሸርሙጣ ሲወቅስ

ስጀምር ለተመለጠ አማርኛዬ ይቅርታ! ለቡዝንናቸው፣ ለእርግዝናቸው፣ ለውስለታቸው፣ ለውሽማነታቸውና ለሴተኛ አዳሪነታቸው ሁነኛ አነሳሽ ምክንያት ከሚባሉት ተርታ ቀዳሚው ሚና የኛ የወንዶች ብልሹ ባህሪ እንደሆነ አምናለሁ።

አንዲት ሴት ራሱዋን የመጠበቅ ሀላፊነት እንዳለባት ስለምዘነጋ ሳይሆን ዛቻችን፣ ውትወታችን፣ ዱላችን፣ አንፈልግም ያሉንን ሴቶች ለማንበርከክ ያለን ትምክህት እና ለዚህ ድርጊት ማስፈጸምያነት የምናውለው ገንዘብ በሴቶቻችን ውሳኔ ላይ ከፍ ያለ ድርሻ እንዳለው ስለማምን ነው። ጎበዝ ለአንድ አዳር ወሲብ እኮ ከ500-1000 እየከፈልን ነው ይህን የምናደርገው ሚስቶቻችንን ቤት የዶለትንና የልጆቻችንን የትምህርት ቁሳቁስ ያላሙዋላን አባቶች ስንሆን እንዴት እንደሚጎመዝዝ ለናንተ ልተወው።

በሚገርም ሁኔታ ከፓንታቸው ስር ለመዋል ያለን ፍላጎት በአንዳች ሁኔታ ሃላፊነት የሚያስከትል ሲሆን አበድኩልሽ ያልናትን እና ወትውተን ያለፍላጎቱዋ ሁሉ የፍትወታችን ቅርጫ ያደርግናትን ሴት የራስሽ ጉዳይ ለማለት ምንም ያክል ግዜ አይወስድብንም።

ባለ ትዳር እንደሆኑ እያወቅን ልናወስልታቸው መረብ የምንጥልባቸው ሴቶች፤ ጉዋደኛ እንደላቸው እያወቅን የሴስኝነታችን እቃ ልናደርጋቸው የምንለክፋቸው፤ በለጋ እድሜያቸው ደብተራቸውን አንብበው ሳይጠግቡ የወሲብ ሱሳችን ሜኑ አካል የምናደርጋቸው ሴቶች ቁጥር ቀላል አደለም።

የሚገርመው ደግሞ ውትውት አድርገን ሳይፈልጉ ተንኩሰን ጎትተን ስመን አስገድደን ደፍረን ስናበቃ፤ ያን ሁሉ ርካሽ ተግባራችንን ዘንግተን “ሸርሙጣ፣ ባለጌ፣ ስድ፣ ዋልጌ፣ ሴሰኛ” የሚሉ ቅጽሎችን ለነዚያው ሴቶች ስንጠቀም ትንሽ እፍረት አይሰማንም። ያንን ገፋፊና አሸርሙዋጭ ሚናችንን እንዴት እንደምንዘነጋው አይገባኝም። ቢያንስ የነሱ እዳ እንዳለብን ማወቅ አልፈጠረብንም።

የምሽቱና የሌቱ ቅዝቃዜ አጥነታቸውን እየሰበራቸው ያስደቀልናቸውን ሊያሳድጉ ያበላሸንባቸውን ህይወት ሊያስተካክሉ በልተው እና ለብሰው መኖርን ሽተው በቀደድንላቸው ወሲብ ንግድ ውስጥ የሚኖሩ ስንቶቹ እንደሆኑ እናውቃለን!

ሽንት የሸናን ያክል ዘር አቀብለናቸው የወር አበባዬ ቀረብኝ ሲሉን በዚያው የምንቀር ሽቅርቅሮች ሌላ ባለእዳ የምንፈልግ ሴሰኞች በመሆናችን ባለእዳ መሆናችንን መዘንጋት የለብንም።

መርጨት እንጂ ተቀብሎ ሰው መፍጠር የሚችል ተፈጥሮ ስለሌን ብቻ ያላጋጠመንን ችግር ልክ በጥንቁቅነታችን ያገኘነው ይመስል እርግዝናው ፓንቱዋን ስታወልቅ ትዝ አይላትም ነበር እያልን ማሽሙዋጠጥ ያምረናል። ኮንዶም እያለ ስንት የጥንቃቄ መንገድ እያለ ምን ነካት እንላለን። ባክህ ላረግዝ የምችልበት ቀን ነው ኮንዶም አድርግ ስንባል እሺ በጀ ብለን የምንተባበር ይመስል።

እየሸኑ ዞር ማለትማ የነሱም ተፈጥሮ ሆኖ ቢሆን ኖሮ ከኛ ባላነሱ ነበር። እናም ወንዶች የምር ለተሻለ ኑሮ ጥሩ ተማሪ መሆን ያለባቸውን ልጆች ህይወት ላለማበላሸት፤ ለብዙ ትዳር መፍረስ ምክንያት ላለመሆን፤ ለበርካታ ጉዋደኛሞች መለያየት ምክንያት የሆነውን ሴሰኝነታችንን ልጉዋም ብናኖርለት ጥሩ ነው።

ለፈረሰው ቤተሰብ፣ ጎዳና ለወጣች ወጣት፣ ለተለያዩ ፍቅረኛሞች፣ በዚህ ሁሉ ምክንያት ለሚከሰተው ማህበራዊና የጤና ችግር ድርሻ እንዳለብን እንወቅ።  ከሁሉም በላይ ግን ይህንን አሸርሙዋጭ አፍራሽ እና የሚያሴስን ሚናችንን እንቀይረው።

ስንቶቹ እህቶቻችን ናቸው የኛን ዲቃሎች የሚያሳደጉት፤ ስንቶቹ ሴቶች ናቸው ለጎዳና የተዳረጉት፤ ስንቶቹ ሴቶች ናቸው ዳግም ማፍቀር የማይችል የተሰበረ ልቡና እሹሩሩ የሚሉት፤ ይህም ሁሉ ሆኖ የሴቶቹም ሚና ለዚሁ ሁሉ መፈጠር ቀላል እንዳልሆነ እረዳለሁ።

ወንዶች ለብዙው የሴቶቻችን ችግሮች ትልቅ ሚና አለንና ቢያንስ ወንዶቹ የኛን ድርሻ እንወጣ!!! አቤት የወሲብ ወጌሻ ቢኖርና ይህን ስብራታችንን ቢጠግንልን እንዴት ጥሩ ነበር!?

ለሴሰኝነታችን እንዴት ለጉዋም እናኑረለት?  እንወያይ ጎበዝ!!!

What Has Got Racism to Do with Ethiopian Constitution

Often there are complaints that Ethiopia is messed up with racist views and practices. These complaints are often related with the federal system that allows nations and peoples of Ethiopia for self governance . But it seems it is not clear what makes one racist. I want to see what a racist view constitutes in this article.

For me Knowing this country is composed of diverse ethnic nations and peoples is in no way being racist. Ethiopia is made of ethnically diverse people. If that is the case, the next question is how can ethnically diverse nation like Ethiopia be governed? I don't think we come up with only one alternative of governance.

The people of this country make a united Ethiopia while they speak different languages, live with their own unique cultures and enjoy diverse but beautiful traditions. These people also share rich history and remain united for so long despite whatsoever. Their unity glows with untainted independence despite several attempted invasions.

I see two polarized views: One that says nations have to secede considering unity as a problem and the other that claims forget about your race and just become Ethiopian; this view considers the diversity as a problem. For me both views are dead wrong. Secession doesn't necessarily bring democracy and prosperity. Eritrea is the real example. They brake away but they got another Mengistu Hailemariam- Isayas Afworki who often headbutt his colleagues. Unity is not also a guarantee for prosperity and democracy. You can name many nations who remain united but languishing in poverty. Therefore, it is all about governance and having leadership that has what it takes to run this diverse but strong country.

At the same time, the problem for our unity is not the diverse languages and cultures we are rich with. It is injustice and segregation that harm any society. The problem that needs radical shift rather is: either considering one race superior or inferior.

Basically one who considers oneself inferior is a possible agent for feeding the ego of the other who feels superior. And the one who feels superior is also pushing the other one to see himself inferior. Both are bad and wrong notions. By our very nature human beings are equal. Don't forget Adolf Hitler motivates the Nazi party with such nasty views and caused unprecedented annihilation in WWII.

So what middle ground do we have to seek for natural and organic solution for what we are?. First I suggest to accept Ethiopia as it is not as we wish it to be. Second let's agree diversity is not a problem but it's not also similar with having one race and culture in one country. Therefore it takes a different skilled leadership and governance.

Fear 1: "Letting Nations and Peoples Govern themselves is Feeding them for Secession"

I need Ethiopia to remain united and I share efforts that go to maintain our unity. I believe big is good if properly led. Yet I don't believe Ethiopian nations remain united for they have no idea about self governance and secession. It is not self governance that motivates them for secession. We are not united because we have central government. I believe we remain united because we choose so. Otherwise the rest of the people in Ethiopia aren't stupid and Eritreans were not bright enough because they fought for secession. It is just a matter of choice and commitment to it. The rest chose to remain united despite calls from some fronts like OLF, ONLF,...

"Deny nations the right to self-govern and keep them united" is really insulting for me. As Amhara personally I am not mere Ethiopian and want unity just for some political elites told me so. We have far greater causes and reasons to remain united. As unity is strength and like the constitution says we have a richly great history and culture we share over the centuries we stay together. we also know a united Ethiopia can become one big economic and political society in East Africa. We know by being small like Djibouti we may fall prey to bullies in the otherwise violent region. Ethiopia is playing a greater role for the peace and stability in the sub-region plus Africa because it is a strong big country though poor in economic terms for the time being.

I believe we have fundamental causes to maintain our unity, far greater causes than just fear. I don't believe diverse nations only be governed in ethnic federalism. But I don't also see any problem with ethnic federalism so long as it works well. I see the overwhelming majority needs unity in this country. The educated core understands the problem for this country is  not the unity and the solution is not in secession we might go for. What is essential here in our country is able leadership that can govern this diverse, great country. I believe the fear is irrelevant though I maintain the concern is innocent and purely occurs out of need for unity.

Fear 2:  "Peoples Using their Differing Mother Tongue Can't Speak the Same Thing for Unity"

I believe unity can be spoken of by people speaking differing languages. Now the overwhelming majority prefers unity, yet that overwhelming majority is speaking different mother tongues. It is not in the language we speak we stamp our unity. It is in the history we share, it is in the country we build together over the centuries. It is in the one economic and political society we have built over the years. We also understand like I said unity is a means to greater prosperity. America couldn't have become what it is now had it been small. Big population matters in the long term. That is why EU is doing what it has managed to agree upon so that it can amass greater economic and political power which they can't make by their own had they been divided.

We prefer unity and live it not because we speak the same language. It is because we share  far bigger economic, political, cultural and historical causes. Honestly those causes don't necessarily need us to speak the same language. Diverse EU is talking about same EU issues with differing languages hitting same target. It is causes that unite not languages and cultures. Of course to run federal affairs we need one language and we have already chosen Amharic. It is well functioning for the purpose it is needed for. What matters is the content of our unity not the language that functions to get across the content of our unity.

Fear 3: "Hey like we fear, some regional states deny other nations in their region access to education and other administrative services in Amharic or language of their specific race"

These are examples from the practices and are more factual. Here I believe if there are many residents of a particular race in any regional state who constitute enough number to form a class or so, they shouldn't be denied access to education and administrative services in their own language. The constitution guarantees that. No language should be imposed as it shouldn't be disregarded. For example if there are Oromo communities in Amhara regional state, they have all the right to learn in Oromifa. It is happening in Kemise and Bati I know.Though it is under Amhara regional state, the administration works in Oromifa at offices and schools. I know the same thing happens in the South regional state in places like Arbaminch and many other towns; finding schools that teach in Amharic is easy. The same should be true for any race in any regional state.

The constitution allows anyone to be provided with this. Even Ethiopians in Washington DC are allowed to use Amharic as their number there is big enough to seek such government services in Amharic. It is up to the federal and regional governments to follow and correct such gaps as it happens. I think this is relevant concern and need prompt response every time it happens.


Fear 4: " Conflicts in universities, in neighboring regional states specially in the pastoralist areas are due to this ethnic federal system"

The fact that there are ethnically charged conflicts and situations in Universities is acceptable.The claim that there are conflicts in neighboring pastoralist areas is notable. What I can't understand is its relation with the constitution that recognizes the equality of nations and peoples in Ethiopia. I don't believe allowing equality in the constitution causes conflicts to arise. What flares conflicts is the feeling that I am inferior or superior. The constitution doesn't guarantee this view would blow away just because these rights are protected by the constitution. Wiping such racial tendencies will take time and may stay for quite sometime despite promising efforts.

But there is every legal means to take such actors down. The problem is youth in the universities usually tend to solve things through violence. It is like correcting error with another error. violence is equally wrong like racism is. Let's say few Tigre students in the university brag to be superior. Then it is up to you to show your confidence by taking them to respective legal bodies to get them punished for what they do. Know this they don't represent the wider students from Tigrai let alone Tigrai people. They are there by their own for education not representing anyone. If somebody does something wrong, he should be responsible not his race. It is his behavior that errs not his blood.

The problem I see is that one who says I believe in equality boils himself feeling he is seen as being inferior. Here comes the point; no body proves for you  that you are equal and great like anyone. You are supposed to naturally know it. Keep it despite whatsoever. The one who brags as superior be it Amhara, Tigre, Oromo, Sidama, Wolita, Harari has a lesson to learn. He is sick and has a mind to shape. Don't take his shameful views and torture yourself.

As to conflicts in neighboring pastoralist areas, it is customary for them to follow their herd so long as they find pasture. At times when they face shortage of pasture, they often clash to get the pasture for their respective herds. This is a fact. What I can't see is what the constitution does to flare this conflict. It rather forwards the way out. Such conflicts end when we are able as a nation to find a way to provide pasture for pastoralists near their villages. And these are typically development questions not racial at all. What they try to make sure is the existence of their herd and their own life not the equality of their race. I don't know how one takes it racial.

Anyhow these concerns need critical attention and I think that is why the Federal Affairs Ministry is there. It is rather good to see the performance of the ministry and criticize it than the federal system that has nothing to do with the conflicts that arise out of search for pasture and out of immaturity of students's views on race.

Therefore, considering these fears as relevant evidences and blaming the constitution for flaring conflicts and promoting racism appears totally wrong. The wrongs are in how we behave not in how the Constitution enshrines rights. Racism is part of our flawed paradigm. It has nothing to do with the Constitution that protects human and democratic rights. Better for each of us to do deep sole searching than taking excuse out of the blue.

አድርባዮች

አድር-ባይ አድር ብሎ ያልሆነውን ነው የሚል የሆነውን ደግሞ የለም አልተደረግም ብሎ የሚክድ ነው። ይህን እንደ አስተዋጾ ቆጥሮም ለሞላጫ አድራጎቱ ዳረጎት ከአለቃው የሚጠብቅ መሰሪ ግን በራሱ መተማመን የማይችል ምስኪን ነው።

አድርባይነት በየትኛውም ትግል እና ግንኙነት ውስጥ ብዙ ግዜ ችላ የሚባል ግን ውስጥ ውስጡን ሰፊ ጉዳት የሚያደርስ ምግባረ ብልሹነት ነው። የገዚ ፓርቲም ይሁኑ የተቃዋሚ ፓርቲ አባላት አድርባዮች መሰረታዊ ባህሪያቸው ያው እና አንድ በመሆኑ የሚደቅኑት ስጋት ይመሳሰላል።

አድርባዮች ሁሉንም ስራና ግንኙነት የሚወስኑት "ለኔ በዚህ ውሳኔ ወይም ተግባር የማገኘው አለያም የማስጠብቀው ጥቅም ምን አለ" በሚል ነው እንጂ ሌላ አገራዊ አካባቢያዊና ማህበራዊ ጥያቄ መጠየቅ ምርጫቸው አደለም።

ለዚህ ሁሉ የሚዳርጋቸው ግን በጥረቴ አድጋለሁ እሚል በራስ መተማመን የሌላቸው መሆኑ ነው። በራስ ጥረት መስራት ቀርፋፋነትና ሙደኛ አለመሆን ይሆንባቸዋል። አቁዋራጩ መንገድ ሁሌም ቅንጥብጣቢ የሚያገኙ ከመሰላቸው አጀንዳ እና አለቃ ጋር መንፈስ ነው። 

አቋማቸው ሁሌም እድገቶችንን እና ሹመቶችን የሚያጸድቀውን ሰው በገባቸውም ባልገባቸውም፣ በሚመለከታቸውም በማይመለከታቸውም ጉዳይ ላይ መደገፍ ነው። እነሱ በመቶ ብሮች የሚቆጠር ጥቅማቸውን ሊያስጠብቁ የሚችሉ ከመሰላቸው ሌላ ሰው ያለ ጥፋቱ ወይም ትንሹዋን ጥፋቱን አጋነው ከስራ ለማባስባረርና ሺዎችን ሊያሳጡት ከመስራት ወደኋላ አይሉም። ብቻ ያ ድርጊት ያሳድገናል ብለው ይመኑ፣ ተስፋ የሚያደርጉትን ሰው ያስደስታል ብለው ይገምቱ እንጂ ወደሁዋላ ማለት አይነካካቸውም።

እኚህ ሰዎች እጣ ፈንታችንን ይወስናል ብለው የሚያምኑትን ሰው ሆድ ያራራል ብለው ካሰቡ የዚያን ሰው ጉዋደኞች እና ዘመድ አዝማድ ከመቅጠር፣ በጨረታ ከማሳለፍ ወይም ያለአግባብ ከመጥቀም ወደሁዋላ የሚሉ አይደሉም። ጅቦች ናቸው።

እንደዚህ አይነት የስነምግባር ልሽቀት ያለባቸው ሰዎች ሁሌም ያ "የጣ ፈንታቸውን ወሳኝ" የሚሉትን ሀላፊ ማሞካሸት፣ሲሳሳትም ሳይሳሳትም ትክክል ነህ ማለት፣ እርስዎ እንዳሉት ብሎ የተገፋውን መጣል፣ የተነሳውን መስቀልና የተደነቀውን ምንተስኖት ማድረግ ሁነኛ መለያቸው ነው።

ሌላው ለማዳው ባህሪያቸው ያንን አለቃቸውንና አጋሮቹን እሺ እሺ፣ አዎ አዎ፣ ልክ ነህ ልክ ነህ ማለት፤ በተቃራኒው ያ ሀላፊ ፊት ነስቷቸዋል ብለው የሚያስቧቸውን የለም፣ ልክ አደለም፣ አይሆንም፣ ተሳስተሀል፣ አቋምህ ጸረ ዳሽ ነው ማለት ሱሳቸው ነው።

እንዚህ አይነት ሰዎች ተስፋ በሚያደርጉት አለቃቸው በመተማመን ላታቸውን ደጅ የሚያሳድሩ ቢሆንም የለየላቸው ፈሪዎች ናቸው።  በተለይ የዛ ተስፋ የሚያደርጉበት አለቃቸው ፊት የጠቆረ ቀን ፊታቸው ሲጨልምና ቀኑ ሲመሽባቸው፤ ያ ሙሉ በኩለሄ አለቃቸው ፊቱ የፈገገ ቀን ቀናቸው ሲበራ የሚኖሩ የበራስ መተማመናቸው ማብሪያና ማጥፊያ በአለቃቸው ግንባር ላይ የተገጠመላቸው በምርጫቸው የላሸቁ የምርጫቸው ምርኮኞች ናቸው።

የአለቃቸውን ክብርና የማዘዝ ስልጣን አክብረው ሲያበቁ ይጠቅማል የሚሉትን ነጻ ሀሳብ ማራመድ የትንታግ ያክል የሚፈጃቸው፤ ደፈር ያሉ በጥረታቸው እንጂ ተሞዳሙደው በማደግ የማያምኑ የተሳሳቱ ቀን ታርመው ለመሄድ ትክክልም የሆኑ ቀን ባበረከቱት አስተዋጾ ሊረኩ የሚሹ ጎበዞች ሲናገሩ የሚያንገፈግፋቸው፤

ትግልን የሚማጸኑትን ሀላፊ አቁዋም መደገፍ ብቻ አድርገው የሚያዩ፣ ሃሳቡ ልክም ይሁን አይሁን ሌላ አማራጭ አለ ብሎ የሚያምን ባልደረባቸውን የሚያሳጡ፣ እንዲህ ያለ የትግል መንፈስ ያለውን ሰው ሲመቻቸው የሚያሳድዱ ሊያሸንፉት እንደማይችሉ የገመቱ ሰሞን አጋድመው እስኪያቆስሉት በደማቅ ሰላምታ ሊያዘናጉት የሚሞክሩ የትግል እንቅፋቶች ናቸው። በጥረት የማደግ ሳንካዎች።

በራስ ጥረት ማደግ በራስ እቅድ እና አቁዋም መመራት ያማቸዋል። ለነሱ ነገን በራሳቸው ጥረት እንዴት እንደሚያሳምሩት ማሰብ እማይቻል ነው። ለአድርባዮች የራስን እቅድ ሳያሰልሱ ተግብሮ ማደግ እችላለሁ ማለት የዋህነት ነው።

የስም ማጥፋት ዘመቻቸው ደግሞ ሌላው ሁነኛ መሳሪያቸው ነው። አድርባዮች ልክ ሎላ ካሬይሮ የቤላ ካላሚዳዴስ ተከታታይ ፊልም ዋና ገጸባህሪ (የስፓኒሽ ሳጋ ፊልም ነው) ላይ እንደሆነው ይህን እና ያን እድገት ያገኛል የሚሉትን ጎበዝ ያለርህራሄ በማያቀው ጉዳይ ሲያጠለሹት የሚውሉ ጥቁር ቀለሞች ናቸው።

ይህንንም አስጸያፊ ተግባራቸውን ታዲያ ለመንግስት ስራ መሳካት፤ ለገዚው ፓርቲ እቅዶች ስኬት ካላቸው ተቆርቁዋሪነት አንጻር ያደረጉት ለማስመሰል የማይፈነቅሉት ድንጋይ የለም። በቅጡ ለማያውቁት እና ለማያብራሩት ፖሊሲ ጠበቃም መሆን ያምራቸዋል። ሆድ ሲያውቅ ዶሮ ማታ አሉ- መነሻቸው የመሾም ርሀብ ሆኖ ሳለ።

እኒህ ሰዎች በጥረትና በብቃታቸው ብዙ ሊያደርጉ የሚችሉትን ሰዎች ቶሎ እድሎችን አግኝተው የሚቻላቸውን አስተዋጾ እንዳያበረክቱ ከባድ መሰናክል ይፈጥራሉ። በርግጥ ጀግኖች መንገዳቸው ቢረዝምም ትግላቸውን ዳር ከማድረስ ወደኋላ የማይሉ ቢሆንም።

በርግጥ ስራ አስኪያጅ ሲያዝ ያንን ትእዛዝ ተቀበሎ መፈጸም ይገባል። አድርባይ አለመሆን አሰሪ በተሰጠው ሃላፊነት ሰራዎችን ሊያሰራ ሲጥር እቅፋት መሆን እና መጨቃጨቅ ማለት አደለም።  ጠንካራ ሰራተኞች የተሰጣቸውን ሀላፊነት በትጋት ፈጽመው ሲያበቁ ለውይይት በሚቀርቡ ጉዳዮች ላይ ግን የመሰላቸውን እና ያዋጣል ብለው የሚያምኑትን አቁዋም የማራመድ መብትም ሃላፊነትም እንዳለባቸው የሚያውቁ ናቸው።

በመሆኑም እንዲህ አይነቶቹ ጎበዞች በርካታ አዳዲስ አሰራሮችን የማመንጨት ብቃት ያላቸው፣ በአማራጭ ሀሳቦች መቅረብ የሚያምኑ፣ ሀሳብን በተመለከተ ደግሞ ከስራ አስኪያጃቸውም የተለየ ሀሳብ ማራመድን እንደ አንድ ማንኛውም የሀሳብ ልዩነት የሚወስዱ፣ ለሃላፊ ክብር መስጠት እንደሚገባ ያ ክብር ግን የተባለውን ሁሉ አሜን ማለትን እንደማይጨምር የሚያውቁ ናቸው።

ጨቅጫቃና ሰነፎች ግን አደሉም ስራን በስራ ቦታቸው የሚረቱ የሀሳብ ትግል በሚደረግበት መድረክ ደግሞ የበሰለና መረጃ-ጠገብ ውይይቶች መጫር የሚችሉ ናቸው።

አድርባዮች በእገሌ እንዳለው ጀምረው እገሌ እንዳለው እያሉ የሚጨርሱ የእነ እገሌን ሀሳብ መልሶ ከማብራራት እና ድጋፋቸውን ከማሳየት በዘለለ የሚጨምሩት ቁምነገር የሌላቸው መሆኑን ይረዱዋል። አድርባዮች በአንድ ወቅት እንደማቃቸው የዩኒቨርስቲ ፕሬዝደንት እገሌ እንዳለው ብሎ የሚጀምርን ሰው አንተ ሌላ ሀሳብ ከሌለህ በቀር የሱን ስለሰማን እድትደግምልን እና ሰአት እንድታባክን አይፈቀድልህም ሊባሉ የሚገባቸው ውስጠ-ኦና ቃጭሎች ናቸው።

አድርባይ ቃሉ ራሱ ገላጭ ነው። ማደሪያውን ሊያመቻች ጥጋጥጉን የሚያስስ ጥገኛ እንደማለት። ሲብራራ አድርባይ የሌሎችን ችግሮች እንዲያዳምጥ እና እንዲያይ የተሰጡትን ሁለት ጆሮዎችና አይኖች የከደነ ውስጥ ውስጡን የሚበላውን የግል ስግብግብ መሻቱን ካልሆነ የጋራ በሆኑ ጠቃሚ ጉዳዮች ላይ የማይሰለፍ፤ እንዲያ ያለው ስራ የሚጠይቀውን ብቃት ተግቶ የማይገነባና ሊገነባም የሚሻ ህሊናዊ ምርጫ የሌለው፤ ቀድሞ በአመለካከቱ ስብራት የከሰረ ሲለጥቅ በዚህ ሰንካላ ምርጫው የተነሳ በተግባሩና በስራዎቹ ብዙዎቹን ያለእዳቸው የሚያቆሽሽ ነው።

የወገነለት ላስመሰለው አለቃውም ቢሆን በተባ እውቀት እና በተሳካ ተግባር ድጋፍ መሆን የማይችል ከመሆን አልፎ በምላሳቸው ውዛት ሳይሆን በህሊናዊ ብቃታቸውና በማያሰልስ ተግባራቸው የማገልገል አቅሙና ዝግጁነቱ ያላቸውን ሰዎች በተልካሻ የወሬ ፈጠራ እና አራጋቢነቱ የሚረብሽ ነው።

ታዲያ ምን ይጠበስ? ለመሆኑ አድርባዩን እንዴት ከጨዋታ ውጭ ማድረግና ማረም ይቻላል?

መፍትሄው አድርባዮቹ ወሬ በማመላለስ የሚወስዱትን ብልጫ በመደበኛ መድረኮች እየተገኙ እግር በግር ማክሸፍ እና መደበቂያ ዋሻ ማሳጣት ነው። ያን ማደረግ ሲቻል በወሬ ስልቻቸው መጠን ጥቅሞች የሚያገኙበት እድል እየጠበበ ሰራተኛ በጥረቱ ልክ ብቻ የሚለካበት አግባብ እየተፈጠረ ይሄዳል።

ለአድርባዮች መፋፋት ለሙ መሬት በጥረትና በስራ የሚያምኑቱ ሰዎች ኩሩነት ነው። ቁምነገሩ ኩሩ መሆኑ ሳይሆን በብልሀት አሸናፊ መሆን መቻሉ እንደሆነ መታወቅ ይኖርበታል። አለመልከስከስ አንድ ነገር ነው ልክስክሶች ካሸነፉህ ግን ኩራትህ የተሙዋላ አይሆንም። ስለሆነም አድርባዮች ሊፈነጩ የሚችሉበትን ሜዳ በየትኛውም ህጋዊ አመራጭና ውይይት ማሳጣት የጎበዞቹና የባለምግባረ ሰናዪቹ ፈንታ ነው።

እንዲህ ባለ የተጋጋለ የትጉሀን ትግልና አሰራር ባለበት መድረክ አድርባዮችም፣ አድርባዮችን ዙርያዉን ከቦ መፋፋት የሚፈልግ አለቃም ቢኖሩ እንኩዋ ያሻቸውን የማድረግ እድላቸው ጠባብ መሆኑ አይቀሬ ነው። በእንዲህ አይነቱ አውድ በሂደት ትጉሀኑና ባለምግባሮቹ በአሸናፊነትና በመሪነት የሚወጡበት መሆኑ አይጠረጠርም።

ዳር ቆሞ አዬ አገራችን አድርባይ ይፈንጭብሽ ማለት በቂ አይደለም። መጀመሪያም ቢሆን ችግሩ ለአድርባዮች ሜዳውን መልቀቁ ነበርና። እናም በኔ እምነት ለአድረባዩቹ ሁነኛ አጋጣሚ የፈጠረላቸው አድርባይነትን አጸየፋለሁ የሚለው አካል ከትግሉ ሜዳ ዘወር ማለቱ ነው።

አድርባዮች የስራውን እና የለውጡን ትግል ሜዳ እንዳይዙት ዋነኛው መላ ሜዳውን መቆጣጠር ነው። ሜዳውን ወዲያው መቆጣጠር ካልተቻለም የተጋጋለ ትግል እያደገረጉ በመቆየት የአድርባዩችን የተመኙትን የማድረግ አቅም ማኮሰስ ያስፈልጋል። ፈረንጆቹ  ክፋት የሚንሰራፋው ደጎች ሜዳውን ለክፉዎች ሲተውትና የሚችሉትን ደግነት መፈጸም ሳይችሉ ሲቀሩ ነው ያሉት ይህንኑ ተገንዝበው ይመስለኛል።

ለአድርባዩች የምትተው አንዲት ጋት መሬት መኖር የለባትም። እያንዳንዱ ክፍተት አድርባዩቹ የበለጠ እጃችንን እንዲጠመዝዙ የሚያስችላቸው ይሆናልና። አድርባይ ሳይሆን አገልጋይ መንፈስና ልምድ ይኑረን። የቀረው ይቆየን!!!

የቀድሞው ጠቅላይ ሚኒስተር መለስ ዘናዊ  የቆዩበትን 20 የሚሆኑ የአመራር አመታት ክፉኛ ሲያጣጥሉ የነበሩ ተቺዎች አንዱ የሚነቅፉት ነገር ሰውየው ለወዳጆቻቸው እንኩዋ ስልጣን የማጋራት ዝንባሌ ያልነበራቸው ብቻቸውን ልቀውና ጠንክረው ወጥተው ሀገሪቱን እንዳሻቸው የሚያሾሩ ናቸው የሚል ነበር።

ዛሬ ደግሞ ጠቅላይ ሚንስትር ሀይለማርያም ደሳለኝ በቡድን የመስራት መንፈስ እናጎለብታለን በሚል መነሻ የጋራ አመራር ሲከተሉና ቀድሞ ያልነበሩ ሁለት ማስተባበሪያዎች በምክትል ጠቅላይ ሚንስትርነት ማእረግ ሲያቋቁሙ ስልጣን ቅርጫ ሆነ፣ እቺ ድሀ አገር ለዚ ሁሉ ተሹዋሚ መክፈል አለባት ወይ፣ ሀይለማርያም ደካማ ስለሆነ መለስ ብቻውን የሰራውን መስራት ተሳነው፣ ከህግና ከህገመንግስት አግባብ ውጪ ሹመት ተፈጸመ የሚል አቤቱታ እዚህም እዚያም ሲነሳ ይሰማል።

በቡድን መስራት ደካማነት በግል መስራት ደግሞ አምባገነንነት ከሆነ የቀረው አማራጭ የቱ ነው?

ይሄ ለያዥ ለገናዥ ያስቸገረ አቁዋም እንዴት መስመር እንደሚይዝ ማሰብ ጥሩ ይመስለኛል።

የጓዶቹን አቅም በሚታይ የስልጣን ክፍፍል ጠሚ ሀይለማርያም ማረጋገጡን ማድነቅ ሲገባ  ደካማነትና ሹመት የማከፋፈል አድርገን የምናይ ከሆነ አስቸጋሪ ነው።

የቀ.ጠ.ሚ. መለስም ቢሆን በኔ እምነት ከፓርቲው ጋር እየተመካከረ እንደሚሰራ ነው የማውቀው ያም ሆኖ ትላልቅና የሚታዩ ስኬቶች እያሉት ስናጣጥለው ኖርን። አምባገነን ነው እያልን ሚዛኑን የሳተ የትችት ጋጋታ አወረድንበት።  ስንቱ አፍሪካዊ መሪ ሲዝናና እና ቤተሰቡን ባለሀብት እያደረገ በሚገኝበት አህጉር እረፍት ላልሻተበት ትጋቱ ክፍያችን ሚዛን የሳተ ትችት ነበር- ተገቢ ትችቶችን አልነቅፍም።

አሁን ደግሞ ይህንን ጥርጣሬ በሚያጠፋ ተግባራዊ የሀላፊነት አመዳደብ ትላልቅ ስራዎችንም መምራት እንዲቻል፤ እያደገች ያለችውንና በዚሁ እመርታ የምትቀጥለውን አገር በተባበረ አመራር ዳር ለማድረስ ተፍ ተፍ የሚሉ መሪዎችም ሲተኩ፤ ማጠልሺያው ተገልብጦ የሚቀጥል ከሆነ ችግሩ ወዲያ ሳይሆን ከተቺው መነጽር ላይ ስለመሆኑ መጠርጠር ተገቢ ነው።

ብዙ ስራ አለብን ረጅም ርቀት እንጉዋዛለንና አትነዝንዙን!!! ያለው ማን ነበር?!
